At The Abbey House, we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable check-in and check-out process for our guests. Here’s what you need to know:

Check-In: Check-in time is between 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Upon your arrival, our friendly staff will be ready to welcome you. To expedite the check-in process, please have a valid photo identification and the same credit card that was used to make the booking ready. This helps us ensure the security of your reservation.

Check-Out: Check-out time is at 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. We kindly ask that you vacate your room by this time so that we can prepare for our next guests. If you have any questions or require assistance during your check-out, our staff will be available to assist you.

Should you have any special requests or need to make alternative check-in or check-out arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact the host in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Cancellation Period: We require a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice prior to the scheduled arrival date to cancel without incurring a cancellation fee.
    • If a reservation is canceled within the specified cancellation period, no cancellation fee will be charged, and any pre-paid deposit or charges will be refunded.
  • Cancellation Fees: If a reservation is canceled outside of the specified cancellation period, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
  • No-Shows: In the event of a no-show (if you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice of cancellation), a cancellation fee equivalent to the total reservation amount for the entire stay will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • Early Departures: Guests who check out before the originally scheduled departure date will be charged for the full duration of the reservation.
  • Reservation Modifications: Changes to reservation dates, including early departures, within the specified cancellation period are subject to availability and may be subject to rate adjustments.
  • Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original form of payment.
  • Special Events and Holidays: During peak seasons, special events, and holidays, alternative cancellation policies may apply.
